Title: Anthropologie Junior Producer

Reports to: Director of Creative Production, Fashion

Responsibilities:

• Additional tasks, as needed
• Assist fashion production team with various tasks through all stages of production for Anthropologie and BHLDN:
  • Option talent: ensuring estimates, rates and usage are in line with budget constraints and previous negotiations
  • Organize + distribute call sheets, travel overview, deal memos and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements for all crewmembers ensuring falling in line with company policies
  • Code and submit approved invoices, monitor back up-receipts and server file management
  • Order catering
  • Book and meet couriers
  • Oversee prop sourcing, as needed
  • Additional tasks, as needed
• Demonstrate effective communication and maintain strong relationships with agents, vendors, internal partners while keeping shoot goals in mind
• Manage entire production process for shoots responsible for while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure shoot is in budget and timelines are maintained
  • Proficient in making decisions that are best for the team and business
• Collaborate with Ecomm team ensuring all model feedback is communicated and rates are consistent; pitch talent to creative team ensuring diversity and inclusion are at top of mind
• Order catering

• Ensure shoot is in budget and timelines are maintained
• Oversee post-production timeline for all web creative and catalog shoots from creation of schedule to final delivery
• Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements for all crewmembers ensuring falling in line with company policies
• Book and meet couriers
• Code and submit approved invoices, monitor back up-receipts and server file management
• Proficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously through various stages of production; ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Oversee and continually update fashion teams calendar
• Mentor (new team members and freelancers) in Anthro process and oversee delegation of relevant administrative tasks: pending approval
• Maintain availability to come into the office for in-person support or meeting when relevant or necessary; minimal 3 x days a week, working with manager to approve schedule
• Oversee prop sourcing, as needed
• Option talent: ensuring estimates, rates and usage are in line with budget constraints and previous negotiations
• Streamline social shoot process, act as liaison between creative and marketing team.
  • Spearheads cross-functional collaboration with social content creators for homepage, email and social media channels, as needed: pending business needs
• Maintain the upkeep of location document
• Support entire production, team as needed
• Organize + distribute call sheets, travel overview, deal memos and other administrative tasks
