Are you experienced talent sourcing professional who would love to make the leap into the world veterinary medicine? Do you enjoy the art of personalizing outreach; implementing multiple sourcing strategies; performing A/B testing; and utilizing people search tools to find a unicorn candidate?

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Strategy Partner to who enjoys the thrill of the hunt and building excitement around roles. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong command of the English language. Candidates with a background in healthcare recruiting preferred, although all backgrounds will be considered.

This is a remote position reporting to the Vice President of Talent Relations. This position can be based out of any major city within our footprint of hospitals. Therefore, time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments in a remote setting is paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the maintenance, accuracy, and growth of the candidate database/CRM (Lever). This may include bulk (CSV) upload of leads from recruiting events and job fairs.
  • Accurately track source of hire, as well as other key sourcing metrics.
  • Identify passive veterinarian talent by sourcing resume databases, directories, practice websites, social media profiles, and testing extensive name generation techniques.
  • Partner with Recruiters to understand the requirements of each requisition, progress with current candidates, and feedback from hiring managers, while incorporating feedback into future searches.
  • Work with the Recruiters to develop detail-rich, appealing sourcing material.
  • Work with our Recruiting Team to continuously evolve our capabilities and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, quality of work, and lead conversion rate.
  • Act as a liaison to hiring managers for all ATS inquiries, including requisition and offer approvals.
  • Generate a pipeline of interested candidates via targeted email campaigns to both passive candidates and prior applicants. Introduce leads to the Recruiter in a timely manner and with a seamless handoff (with a focus on candidate experience).
  • Provide market intelligence, industry trends and research with Recruiting Team.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience sourcing healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses) preferred. Veterinary experience is a plus!
  • Ability to pivot focus and priorities based upon the ever-changing needs of our veterinary practices.
  • Experience working independently with little direction; able to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown.
  • Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ and create innovative and creative digital copy for sourcing campaigns, while maintaining the company’s brand and tone in all communications.
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience with Lever a plus!
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (up to 10%).
  • Strong communication skills (especially written) with a focus on proper grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to handle rejection in a highly competitive labor market.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience maintaining a high volume of sensitive information and building scalable structure around data.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience sourcing professionals via social sites and resume databases.
