Description

The Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics role, is responsible for providing insights, optimizing

reporting capabilities, and conducting research & analysis. You will take help to solve complex

business problems that will have a major impact on Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurants and

business. The role also manages additional projects using robust data repositories and designing

ways for adding the capability to analytics.

Responsibilities

 Synthesize data and analysis to generate actionable insights to solve complex

problems

 Build out P&L

 Analyzing Inventory on a weekly and monthly basis

 Conduct deep dive analysis to identify operational opportunities, apply problem

solving methodology to drive sustainable operations improvements

 Apply existing and new solutions in creative ways to address complex issues and

problems

 Optimize and automate recurring reporting and business intelligence through

creation of robust reporting dashboards

 Responsible for producing data intelligence and tools for Dutch Pot Jamaican

Restaurant

 Build out advanced analytical capabilities and define analytical priorities

Skills & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally focused on the fields of Data Analytics,

Computer Science or Mathematics

 1 to 3 years of prior work experience in Data Analytics or Data Science

 Ability to distill large amounts of data and extract insights

 Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel

 Advanced knowledge and experience using the Restaurant Platforms

 Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting

effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines; skilled in analyzing relevant data and supporting decision making
