• This job is a member of the Flight Service Training Team within the Customer Experience Division.
• This position will require you to work a varying schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible for supporting business unit operations through coordinating ad-hoc projects as well as serving as the primary point of contact for any administrative function related to Initial Qualification Training

What You'll Do

• Track and produce weekly metric reports outlining student success and report out to senior leadership to ensure all targets are being met
• Interface with a variety of cross-functional areas including Planning, Talent, IDM, Procurement, and Finance to identify and resolve any current or upcoming problems
• Flex to support additional tasks and responsibilities within the administration team, as directed
• Support and audit Initial Operating Experience (IOE) trips to ensure all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and approved internal program requirements are met
• Support final issuance of Flight Attendant qualifications and preform audits of training records
• Serve as a point of contact for Training Delivery Managers for any administrative task or functions related to IQT
• Conduct web-based training completion audits and produce reports for Class Managers
• Oversee all administrative activities for Initial Qualification Training (IQT)

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Prior experience supporting an initial Flight Crew Training and Qualification program
• Experience producing and delivering metric reports to senior leadership

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Self-starter that can work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
• Ability to conduct analysis, problem solve, and effectively deal with ambiguity
• Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Understanding of Comply365
• Advanced knowledge of DECS and RES including CREATE and VERIFY procedures
• Knowledge of Employee Central systems and onboarding procedures
• Ability to quickly change focus and support shifting priorities
• Understanding of Learning Management System (LMS)
