Collaborate with the events management team to create and manage event staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all event requirements.

2+ years of experience in event management or customer service

2+ years of staff management experience

Utilize scheduling software and tools to efficiently assign shifts, considering staff availability, skill sets, and event needs.

Customize training materials to align with the unique requirements of each event, ensuring staff members are well-prepared for their roles.

Address performance issues promptly and constructively, offering opportunities for improvement and growth.

Work alongside the US management team to improve efficiency of training.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Identifies the need for additional aircraft qualifications within the instructor group.

Flight training experience, acquired as a certified flight instructor, consisting of at least: - 1 year and total of 250 hours.

Flight Experience: - At least 500 hours pilot in command. - 50 hours actual or simulated instrument conditions.

Reporting of UK CAA / EASA trainee progress, performance and wellbeing.

Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (technical training and related experience may be considered in lieu of).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Understanding of Earned Value Management System.

Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and concepts to develop and maintain critic path logic networks.

3+ years of experience working in construction scheduling.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Trend AHT and shrink at the interval level and ensure accurate trends are being utilized in interval demand requirement generation

At least 2 years of previous Contact Center WFM experience.

Proficiency on computers, excellent knowledge and use of word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems

Experience with WFM Tools such as; IEX, Aspect eWFM, CMS, Avaya, etc.

Broad knowledge of inbound contact center environment

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Present quarterly updates of the JPL Flight Project Events Calendar to JPL executive management.

Provide administrative support to the Project Engineering Management Councils

Support monthly reviews with JPL executive management

Proven ability to partner, communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.

Manage the Project Events Calendar on the PSO website.

Support JPL Project Manager Training Courses offsite retreats

Prior experience supporting an initial Flight Crew Training and Qualification program

Understanding of Learning Management System (LMS)

This job is a member of the Flight Service Training Team within the Customer Experience Division.

Oversee all administrative activities for Initial Qualification Training (IQT)

Serve as a point of contact for Training Delivery Managers for any administrative task or functions related to IQT

Conduct web-based training completion audits and produce reports for Class Managers

Associates or undergraduate degree in business, finance, data management, engineering, construction management, or related field.

Demonstrated work ethic, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Develop and maintain schedule logic and constraints, realistic activity durations, available manpower, and resources.

Provide scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate project risks.

Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.

10+ years of professional pilot training management experience

Extensive experience working directly with regulatory authorities toward the development and management of flight training and evaluation

Stand-up and manage Archer Air’s pilot training academy

Work closely with training device manufacturers toward deployment, certification, and ready-for-training dates alignment with Archer Air’s strategic timelines

Expert knowledge of all applicable regulations and guidance of pilot flight training

Ability to successfully manage multiple large projects and team members over a distributed training network

Minimum 1 year Management/Leadership Experience

Recommends continuing education topics to Manager of Flight Training and/or Manager of Flight Standards.

Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Identifies the need for additional aircraft qualifications within the instructor group based on instructor-to-student ratio.

Forward any problems, including student-training difficulties, to the Manager of Flight Training and/or Chief Flight Instructor for guidance and/or resolution.

2-4 years of flight training experience as a Certificated Flight Instructor

Coordinate recurrent training requirements for pilots.

Schedule initial operating experience, ensuring resources are used efficiently with limit impact to the line operations.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

2 years of operations experience

Knowledge of contractual work rules and FARs

Support cornerstones of people management

Make decisions on the daily operation to offer flight attendant daily ppt and trip drops

Communicate job and performance requirements and hold employees accountable

Provide 24-hour access to senior leadership, managers, and schedulers

Candidates for this position should have at minimum a bachelor's degree or two years of relevant work experience

A thorough understanding of the flight attendant work rules and the knowledge of In-Flight Scheduling processes

Strategize and align with director and manager on Continuing Education needs and topics

Experience using and implementing new digital capabilities

Measure effectiveness of the learning experience by using business performance metrics to evolve the training plan over time

1-2 years’ experience in adult learning and training development and delivery, including effectively leading and facilitating training programs

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage complex projects
