Analyst, Apollo Capital Solutions - Origination

Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS) provides companies with efficient and centralized access to capital by supporting cross-platform origination, capital markets, and syndication. The ACS team is seeking an Origination Analyst or Associate to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside credit underwriting team across various sub-investment grade and investment-grade products such as direct lending, structured equity, securitization, and NAV loans
• Provide support for team’s idea generation and screening as well and marketing materials for both sponsor and corporate clients; attend client meetings as required
• Support mid/senior level originators in directly sourcing credit-oriented investment opportunities with both financial sponsors and corporates

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong financial modeling, data analysis and presentation (i.e. PowerPoint) skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask; self-starter and team player
• 1-2 years of analyst experience at a leading investment bank preferably within a coverage team such as financial sponsor coverage, software/technology, media/telecom, healthcare, consumer/retail, etc.
• Excellent written, oral communication and reasoning skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment to meet deadlines

Pay Range

110,000-150,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
