Corporate Finance Analyst
The Nuveen Green Capital Corporate Finance Analyst is responsible for preparing analysis of the organization's financial results, for liaising between users of the organization's financial data, and for supporting and coordinating corporate finance operations. Through financial modeling, this job provides insights into the company's financial status. Under close supervision, this job's analysis and modeling is used to inform business and financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Updates complex financial models.
• Supports the analyses and forecasting of financial, economic, and other data that provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
• Manages project and tasks for broader finance team; coordinates meetings and events.
• Maintains and updates corporate policies and procedures.
• Assists in the analysis of departmental financial results versus budget/forecasts.
• Assists in the preparation of financial presentations and reports using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts and graphs.
• Assists with compliance monitoring, implementation, and audits. Manages vendor relationships, onboarding and compliance.
• Compiles financial data for quantitative analyses that support sound and defensible recommendations.
• Supports the development and updating of budgets, reports, dashboards and forecasts for the use of informing financial planning decisions.
• Act as a conduit between finance, deal teams, and enterprise finance to review accounting and income statement implications of operating decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiarity with finance and accounting concepts, e.g. TVM, valuation, basic corporate modeling, etc.
• 1-3 years experience in corporate finance, accounting, or related field

Base Pay Range: $51,200/yr. - $85,400/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
