Job Description
The VP will join a large and diverse team of change leaders that emphasizes global collaboration and end to end partnership. This role requires an experienced low-code Developer that is particularly adept at data analysis and passionate about innovation. This individual will be trusted with managing the program book of work for one or more business areas and must be able to assess new initiatives and create opportunities through to completion.

As a VP on the AI & Analytics Team you'll join a diverse group of change leaders that focuses on deploying solutions that innovate and transform the Business. You'll use data and leverage an understanding of the broad suite of "no-code / low-code" digital tools in order to identify and assess high impact opportunities and then assist the business in onboarding these opportunities to the appropriate toolkit. You'll create and deliver end-to-end solutions for the business using the analytics platforms to create change in the Operations Business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver end-to-end solutions for the business using the analytics platforms by participating in discovery / design sessions and engaging SME's (Subject Matter Experts) in working groups to execute proof of concept solutions. Closely partner with the business / stakeholders to derive insights and refine the solution to a point at which it can be turned over and operationalized into their "BAU"
  • Liaise with the product / Engineering team to establish data connections for the aligned business area.
  • Act as a first point of contact for business users in troubleshooting, triaging incidents, and prioritizing backlog of initiatives. Promote adoption awareness, and improve user education through building out the training library, partnership on marketing efforts, presenting solution showcases, office hour trainings, immersion days, etc.
  • Oversee testing new product features, prioritizing/proposing enhancement requests and more.
  • Publish program metrics & status reporting to senior management for respective business area to achieve a high pace of adoption, and deliver tangible business value
  • Influence senior management with shaping the product roadmap, long term program/product sustainability decisions (functional and technical) and shaping the overall product strategy based off discoveries (such as the identification of common themes and repeatable patterns, scalable solutions, etc.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities':

  • Candidates must be able to manage and deliver on multiple streams of work concurrently without needing a defined procedure / direction .
  • Candidates must be comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk taking.
  • Culturally, candidates must share the team values such as collaboration, diversity, and respect.
  • For consideration, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the financial industry or have equivalent knowledge / experience using AI / ML and "no-code / low code" tools.
  • Candidates should have proven success in a previous product/program management experience - A working knowledge of basic PM competencies / Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Candidates must possess a basic understanding of banking operations / financial products, data management polices/best practices, and technical architecture knowledge a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with educating teams in data literacy and data tools is beneficial.
  • Certification in Alteryx, Tableau or other digital tools is welcomed.
