Agile Project Manager (Remote)

Renuity is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join its best-in-class Technology team. The Project Manager will report to Head of Technology Program Management and responsible for managing new product development to differentiate Renuity customer experience and internal efficiency via digitization. This role will be responsible for managing high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions. As an Agile project manager, you'll contribute to every step of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including defining problems, creating solutions, and developing/executing final solutions. Besides managing product and project risks, you'll also be managing cross-functional communication/coordination.

What You'll Do

• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
• Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
• Manage project timeline and track/provide ongoing reporting for project status, risks and mitigation plans
• Perform all sprint ceremonies and promote agile culture across organization
• Work with stakeholder and document requirements/user stories, as needed
• Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
• Support the Product Manager in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects

What You'll Bring

Independent contributor that supports all divisions and departments in the company.

• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator with experience presenting project updates to technical and non-technical audience
• PMP and CSM Certification is plus
• Knowledge about software collaboration and time management tools – JIRA, Confluence, ASANA, Microsoft project etc.
• Experience in home improvement industry is plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 5 years or more experience in project management
• Knowledge and experience in cross-functional agile project management methods and techniques
