Sr Project Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

You'll be managing all activities associated with the construction of Commercial, Hotel, Hospitality, Multifamily and High End developments.

Some of the responsibilities for this SR Project Manager include managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the clients, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Eligible candidates must possess a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. You will also need to have at least 7 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor. To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, be proficient in buyout of subcontracts, financial forecasting, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the SR Project Manager.

Tilt wall experience strongly preferred.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $170,000 - 190,000 plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
