Our facility is looking for a caring and compassionate Administrator who enjoys coming to work and is inspired to treat our residents like family. The overall purpose of the position is to direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations while ensuring quality care is delivered.


Our company provides substantial autonomy, and in return we expect our Administrators to exercise great judgment, compassion, respect, and wisdom. We expect not merely basic compliance with regulations, but also the ability to lead and inspire the team to exceed the expectations of residents, families, regulators, and the community.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


The Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the facility. The Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services, understanding, and meeting financial guidelines for the home's operations, and promoting the facility's stature in the community at large. The Administrator will report to work ready for routine duties and emergencies and may include on-call duty up to 24 hours unless other qualified personnel are available and pre-assignment is made.


Education And Experience Requirements


  • Current (State Applicable) Nursing Home Administrator license
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in healthcare in a senior management capacity
