Join us as we grow and make an impact on a global scale! We are currently seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Operations Manager. You'll play a vital role in managing and developing administrative employees, fostering a sense of purpose, and ensuring smooth operations in our Chicago and New York offices.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the hiring, review, and development of administrative employees in Chicago and New York.
Coordinate and supervise executive assistant assignments and workflow.
Ensure employee well-being by managing overtime, PTO, and backup coverage.
Facilitate annual performance reviews and provide valuable recommendations on bonuses and salaries.
Champion a shared sense of purpose and unite the team towards achieving our organizational goals.
Devise and maintain a growth plan to enhance capacities in our Chicago and NY offices.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring best practices across the organization.
Skillfully manage complex calendars and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
Arrange domestic and international travel, making sure every detail is taken care of for a seamless experience.
Handle expense reports with precision and efficiency.
Embrace new opportunities and take on additional projects to support the office and team members.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 8-10 years of experience in managing distributed teams within a professional, financial, or legal services firm.
Proven expertise in managing business operations and providing exceptional Executive Assistant support to leadership and teams.
Collaborative spirit and the ability to foster a positive culture with high levels of employee engagement.
Strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
A proactive and independent mindset, complemented by a genuine desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Your professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation set you apart.
Utmost respect for confidentiality and a mature approach to handling all matters discreetly.
Technical proficiency in Office 365 and prior experience with databases.
