Job Description

Please Note: This is an 8-month maternity leave cover, with the opportunity to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

We’re on the lookout for someone bold, energetic, and smart to join our International marketing team in helping build out our presence and run campaigns across EMEA through and with our partners in the region. If you’ve got the hustle and skillset to take on that mantle, and if the idea of having a central role in the growth of a thriving tech company appeals to you, then we’d love it if you got in touch.

This role reports into the Channel Marketing Manager and involves working closely alongside the rest of the marketing team in the US/Canada and local sales team in Europe. The role is hybrid, the candidate will predominately work from home, however, someone situated in/around the office in Reading would be preferred.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Engage with partners on joint marketing initiatives

• Help execute compelling campaigns, engaging events and inventive incentives with local partners.

• Work with our world-class marketing team to produce/ recreate tailored materials that intelligently articulate the Absolute value proposition to a wide array of customers, prospects, partners and resellers.

• Set up programs and drive attendance to local webinars and manage local events sponsorships.

• Help to maintain our partner enablement and incentive tool.

• Manage branded and co-branded merchandise and shipments.

Your Skills:

• Experienced in B2B marketing within the cybersecurity space preferred.

• Strong communication skills are desirable.

• Experience in working with a range of MarTech and CRM tools is desired (e.g. Marketo/Wordpress/SalesForce).

• A general comfort with numbers and what they mean to a marketer as pipe generation is the ultimate goal. You don’t have to be a data scientist or analytics pro, but a working knowledge of ROI and how to navigate a spreadsheet is important.

• Confidence and a natural ability to use your initiative and make decisions. Of course, you’ll get bags of support and mentorship, but we love people that can work autonomously and understand how their work plays into the wider goals of the business
