SEH is currently searching for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. We're looking for someone who is looking for 30 hours per week.
At SEH, our Administrative team is involved in a wide variety of support functions to ensure the company’s daily operations are on task and running smoothly. This group is key to providing organizational support to leadership as they manage their teams in maintaining operational goals and driving sustainable growth. As a part of this team, your ability to assess and prioritize information, be deadline driven and flexible will positively impact the overall success of the organization.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Word processing
  • Project coordination
  • Assist with answering phones and processing mail and shipments
  • Providing support to professional and technical staff by performing a variety of administrative duties
  • Managing spreadsheets
  • Records management/filing
  • Drafting reports
  • Data entry
  • Effective interaction/communication with clients, contractors, and SEH team members
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Ability to report into the St. Cloud office on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative with assigned tasks, assignments, or projects
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment including personal computers, copiers, scanners, phones, etc.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail, strong problem solving skills, and good organization skills
  • Ability to understand and complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willing to work 30 hours per week
  • Knowledge of construction documents (specifications and other documents)
  • Previous experience working in an engineering/architecture firm
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects through prioritization and workload scheduling
  • Minimum of two (2) years previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support
  • Ability to learn new software and assist project managers complete their work.
