Job Description
Bonita Bay Club is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Golf Mainteance department. The person reports to the Director of Golf Course Operations and supports the entire agronomy department that consists of 80 team members. The office is located in the gated community of Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to start a career with a well-respected organization.


A Day in the Life of an Administrative Assistant


As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the day-to-day support of our Director of Golf Course Operations. You will be heavily involved with processing invoices, tracking expenses, and monitoring data. You will serve as Receptionist for the department, greeting visitors and answering questions, as appropriate. You will also serve as the Human Resources liaison for the department so speaking Spanish is helpfull. If you are organized, efficient and persistent, this is the position for you.


Qualifications


  • Reliable transportation
  • Extensive Microsoft Office skills
  • Bi-lingual required (English/Spanish)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have at a minimum 3 - 5 years administrative experience
  • Interest in Human Resources
  • Ability to pass a drug test
