Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Orlando, FL (Onsite)


Description:

Experience: 4 - 7 years. Provide Administrative Support to a team.

  • Must be able to pass DHS Background Investigation.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Duties will include data entry, ticket creation, receiving, shipping, answering calls, and doing reports.
  • Outlook experience is also preferred.
  • PC skills are a must, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to prioritize work and projects in a professional manner.


This position is working in a warehouse so workers must be comfortable with that environment. Will be sitting in an office in the Shipping and Receiving area, but moving radios and entering data.
