  • This Position will be onsite at Lino Lakes, MN The Admin Assistant at Molin supports the sales team in executing the important behind-the-scenes administrative functions that keep the venue functioning efficiently. Availability: Monday- Friday (regular business hours, 40/hours a week) Admin Assistants have to be great multi-taskers, great communicators and great team players. They are responsible for supporting the sales team in a variety of ways including management of new or updated information for Molin projects, completing administrative duties as outlined by the VP of Sales, backing up for the receptionist as well as other miscellaneous tasks that may be necessary to support the sales processes.
