Responsible for providing administrative support to an individual or department. Also responsible for supporting ongoing rebranding efforts for several business units within Elevance Health.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Organizes chart up-dates.
- Performs various technical support duties such as information gathering, reporting, tracking and researching.
- Compiles, collates, assembles meeting/presentation materials.
- Maintains general files, orders supplies, screens phone calls and coordinates meetings.
- Compiles and distributes meeting minutes.
- Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures.
- Coordinates travel plans and submits expense reports.
- Accountable for updating materials from the current brand to the new brand. This could include text, colors, logos, etc.
- Utilizes various software packages to produce professional quality reports, letters, presentations and other documents.
Requirements:
- Able to take meeting notes and schedule meetings.
- Requires a HS diploma or GED.
- Detail oriented, good time management skills, and good communication skills.
- 2 years administrative experience that include proficiency with personal computer and appropriate software, minimum typing skills of 45 wpm and good proof reading skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint.
Additional Details:
- M-F 8-5, flexible based on candidate time zone.
- Work from home.
- Marketing background preferred but not required.
