Their duties include receiving and logging invoices, bookkeeping, maintaining and updating an accounts payable ledger and generating financial statements and reports, validating, and harmonizing invoices.

Responsibilities: He/she harmonizes processed work by validating entries and differentiating balances from system reports. He/she will also offer support to the organization’s accounting unit with principles that operate effectively and precisely. He/she will remunerate vendors by supervising discount possibilities and validating federal identity numbers. He/she will obtain, validate invoices, and review transactions to guarantee that appropriate procedures and policies are strictly followed and also perform monetary, clerical, and administrative duties which encompass services like supervising and processing expenditures and payments, as well as handling the payroll system. He/she will be expected to source taxes and deductions and render contributions to the accounting team.
