This position supports users of the Plan Service Center portal. The position ensures user ID provisioning/de-provisioning satisfies system and business requirements, provides on-going operational support, and ensures access is consistent with information security policies. The position maintains access rights, access restrictions, account profiles, passwords, and adheres to timely processing requirement to meet service level agreements.


What You Will Do


  • Provide training and support for newer team members
  • Trouble basic complex access issues
  • Adhere to established time standards and maintain standard productivity and quality levels
  • Process and manage work coming in through all channels including tickets, emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Provision/de-provision Plan Service Center user ID access
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Quality Control check work being completed

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.


Base Salary Range


$ 43,100.00-59,225.00
