------- Summary Of The Role -------

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated NOC Technician s Analyst with experience in SDWAN, NOC and MPLS/BGP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-level technical support and operational leadership, including problem resolution and technical change implementation, for Managed Services clients. As an Operations Analyst, you will apply the necessary technical breadth to provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.

------- Experienced Needed To Be Considered For The Role -------

• Understanding and experience with BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) and MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching).

• Experience working in a NOC (Network Operations Center) environment.

• Knowledge of SDWAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Networking).

• Experience with device management and support via ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with Silverpeak solutions

• large Data Center environment

• 2 years in a technical support or systems administration role

ITIL / CCNA Foundations Certification
