Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 3 months
Pay rate : $ 15/hr

This position will provide administrative assistance to the ESS and will provide technical assistance, answer inquiries, complaints, trouble shoot problems, and schedules
  • Provide Routine non-technical information specific to ESS cases.
  • Refer callers to proper persons, offices or resources requested.
  • Schedule callers for child care competency examinations using a web-based information system.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Complete follow-up customer calls when necessary
