- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences, and offering tailored solutions.

- Demonstrate expertise in Santoni's luxury footwear collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design details, to effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of our products.

- Utilize the CRM system and customer database to manage client interactions, track sales, and maintain accurate customer profiles.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized after-sales service.

- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction and building long-term customer loyalty.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and market insights to contribute to the development of new products and marketing strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury market developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in footwear or a related field.

- Strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of luxury footwear materials, construction, and design.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, customer databases, and Microsoft Suite products.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions.

- Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
