ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER
Position Summary/Objective
Manage the overall accounts receivable process while cultivating a positive work environment. Ensure all accounts receivable processes and procedures are adhered to and reported against in a timely, accurate and efficient manner for the Portfolio Management and Executive Management Teams. Sustain excellent levels of customer service with external residents and internal employees.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Manage department of 3 administrative associates (AR, Collections, Deposit Accounting), and 2 couriers (in Dayton and Cincinnati).
TRAVEL
Some travel is expected for this position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the AR team including AR Clerks, Deposit, Accounting, and Sec8 Clerk
- Approve timecards in Paycor for clerical staff
- Oversee late fee reporting on resident ledgers to adhere to Company policy
- Provide superior customer service for residents and internal departments
- Creates and encourages a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and excellent customer service
- Monitor the Company’s Portfolio to ensure open receivables are properly controlled
- Complete write-offs by month end
- Research and resolve AR Issues and ensure timely communication is made with internal/external customers
- Provide timely and relevant analytical information to management
- Any other duties as required or assigned by management
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed
- Experience in managing administrative teams
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in business system usage (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Accounting systems)
- Strong Organizational skills
- Valid Driver's License is a requirement
