Job Description

About The Position

This individual will perform a range of general clerical office support functions for our Accounts Receivable division.

  • Back up person for credit returns.
  • Process all miscellaneous credits.
  • Special projects.
  • Processing of mail on Mondays.
  • Credit memo breakdown, i.e. making of copies, collating paperwork, etc.
  • Light to Moderate collection duties – some calling and letters.
  • Backup duties for the other Accounts Receivable team members as needed.
  • Process credits for sample products.

Job Requirements:

About You

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Familiarity of computer office software.
  • Proven knowledge of numeric data entry.
  • Willingness to work with others in group settings.
