Accounts Payable/Receivable Jobs

Our client in Madison is hiring an Accounts Receivable and Payable associate. This is for a distribution service and are a premier source for specialty food products and ingredients.

Title: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Salary: $40-50K

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Contract-to-hire or direct hire

Work includes:

• AP and AR
• Processing checks
• Ensure all payments are made in accordance with the company
• Responding to vendor invoices
• Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes
