Your Responsibilities
As an Accounting Associate for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA you will:
- Reconciles more complex accounts, identifies discrepancies found and provides the corrective action to be taken
- Represent the Accounting Services Department while providing support to other areas of Accounting or other cross-functional groups.
- Provide work direction in a Team Lead capacity to other Accounting Associates.
- Research and process more complex transactions including but not limited to customer maintenance requests and Accounting journal entries

What Skills You Need
- 2 or more years of experience researching, processing and recording customer Accounts Receivable
- 2 or more years of experience using Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with John Deere Financial systems/applications including MARS, Infolease, Service Desktop, Debt Manager, Business Objects, SAP and Cash Processing Application (CPA)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Detail oriented, analytical and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
