Job Description
We are looking for a full-time accounting associate to assist with accounts payables.


Responsibilities


  • Process invoices and schedule payments
  • Assist with month end reporting as needed
  • Monthly statement reconciliation
  • Maintain vendor accounts and add new vendors as needed
  • Some clerical work
  • Communicate with employees and vendors about any discrepancies


Requirements


  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • AA or BS/BA in Accounting or relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under strict timelines


This position is locate in our Cedar Falls office
