Great Lakes Landscape Design has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Assistant to join our team!

Qualifications for our Accounting Assistant:

• Knowledge of accounts payable clearing processes (required).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with QuickBooks (required).

The day to day of our Accounting Assistant:

• General data entry and upkeep of our databases, as needed;
• Reconciling accounts;
• Other duties as assigned.
• Processing accounts payable;
• Maintaining a system of organization and record keeping;
• Filing, scanning, digital scanning and purging of files, as needed;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
