The preferred candidate will hold a BS in accounting, associated degree in accounting or extensive on the job experience. We will train the right applicant, but a proven history as a bookkeeper is a minimum qualification. Apply now to join our team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow accounting policies and procedures.
• Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
• Conduct daily banking activities.
• Evaluate accounting and internal control systems.
• Prepare and provide management with various accounting reports.
• Prepare and post general ledger adjustments.
• Process payments and receipts
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts including cash accounts, receivables, payables, accruals and inventory accounts.

Qualifications / Skills - Accounting Manager:

• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Proven ability to calculate and post accounting figures to financial records.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles with understanding of debits and credits
• Data entry skills
• Extensive ‘on the job’ related experience.
