Compensation: $25 to $30 depending on experience

Job Summary

This Accounting Assistant will be responsible for several duties pertaining to the daily operational functions at the Club and providing assistance to the Office Administrator and Accounting Department. This individual will have responsibilities around Receiving In Bound accounting calls, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable.

The Accounting Assistant preferably works Wednesday through Sunday.

Day-to-Day

• Answer and return Member calls regarding their accounts, make necessary adjustments, payments and issue credits.
• Reach out to delinquent members.
• Enter new members into Club systems.
• Processing invoices.
• Work with the office team regarding any accounting needs.
• Vendor reconciliations vendor calls.
• Data entry and payment processing.
• Run daily reports.
• Post checks and/or bring them to the bank.

About You

• Previous Club/Hospitality experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle platforms a plus.
• Great knowledge of Microsoft and Outlook.
• 2+ years previous accounting experience.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
