Job Description
Family owned music business that has been providing world-class musical instruments and accessories to musicians in the US for over 50 years is seeking a detail oriented part-time Accounting Assistant. The Accounting Assistant with assist with the day-to-day financial operations, including maintenance & reconciliations of records.
Responsibilities Include
  • Application of Cash Receipts
  • Financial Account Reconciliation & Analysis
  • Department Support
  • Data Entry (vendor invoicing & journal entries)
  • Monthly Reporting (journal entries, compiling reports)
  • Sales Invoice Backup
  • Invoice Matching (vendor & inbound freight)
  • Cash Flow Reporting
Qualified individuals will have experience in accounting / bookkeeping. Individuals will be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software; Microsoft Business Central or Great Plains is ideal.
