Job Description
This is a remote position.


We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team. We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, and top notch customer reviews due in part to great Customer Success Representatives.


In this role, you will be responsible to promote and sell products using proven sales techniques to prospective customers. We are searching for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who love to help people. Our Customer Success Team play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering an industry leading customer experience.


Requirements


ROLES & REQUIREMENTS


  • Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalently.
