What you will do:
  • Own it. It being the strategy for growing your accounts, and engaging with your extended team in order for them to support you in your pursuit
  • Influence decisions. You will qualify customer opportunities, engage resources, and coordinate the solution design and presentation so the customer chooses our solution for all the right reasons
  • Become the expert your customers need. Understand their industry (business outcomes, applications, standards/regulations, drivers & trends), their own organization and how they win; what they want to accomplish and how our offerings and partner capabilities will help them achieve those goals
  • Collaborate. You will work with Industry Managers and your broader account team, senior management, and a technical engagement team (domain experts) to plan for and win opportunities
  • Support and manage. That includes customer/internal account reviews, and internal/external partner expectations
  • Look ahead. Using our CRM platform, you will drive the selling processes through maintaining accurate assessments of targets, opportunities in funnel, forecasting and account plans.
  • Negotiate. From time to time you will team with your colleagues in Contracts and Negotiations to offer the best contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), pricing, and allowances and obtain agreements to support the proposal effort
  • Develop into a trusted advisor. That means attention to detail – you understand their processes, business drivers and organization model giving you what you need to engage them with our team driven application knowledge, industry expertise and guidance on their strategic initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required – we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
  • Travel: Approximately 40-50%
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software industry experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Knowledge selling in the Semiconductor space
  • Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to engage cross functionally with our business units, domain experts, solution architecture experts and software selling experts to drive expeditious wins
  • Demonstrated ability to sell at the client senior management & executive levels. Focusing on the business outcomes and demonstrating the tangible economic value of our products, information software & services can help them achieve
  • IOT / IIOT / Software / Annual Recurring Revenue-Subscription model experience including client success organizations
  • Working with all client-facing levels of the manufacturing enterprise including - CxO, operations leadership, technical leadership, plant leadership and OEM machine builders
**This role can be located remotely in California or Arizona
The total target for the compensation range for this role is $117,120 - $175,680 of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our company benefits can be found at raquickfind.com. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
