As the Training Manager you will be an engaged member of our factory leadership team. You’ll be responsible for strategically implementing and improving training programs throughout the entire facility, including Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Job Instructional, and Continuous Improvement Training. You’ll work closely with all departments to identify needs for training and improvement of current training. You will utilize digital platforms to improve competence and will maintain Job Instruction trainings. The approximate pay range for this position is $94,000-$130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
