Job Description

The Account Executive will support our Reebok socks business for off-price and mainline accounts. They will Interact daily with accounts and work with Planning, Design, Production, Costing, Marketing, Operations, and Warehousing teams to help oversee all aspects of the business. This position is responsible for growing and developing this brand in various accounts to achieve maximum results and grow sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Shop market for trend inspiration, competitor price-points and new to market items.
  • Maintain showroom organization and prepare showroom for meetings with accounts.
  • Drive the execution of the allocation process and inventory management to assist in managing basic inventory levels to meet or exceed sales, gross margin and inventory goals.
  • Review and provide overview of monthly and annual sales, margin, and inventory goals set for each account to achieve corporate financial goals.
  • Collaborate with design team to review best and worst sellers, trends, and provide guidance for future sku plans and inspiration based off customer feedback.
  • Work with production team to review costing to ensure margin goals are met and inbound shipment schedules to maintain customer deliveries.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of inventory management to ensure we have the right amount of product coming in for each shipping month.
  • History of keying and prospecting new retail accounts.
  • Collaborate with buyers and sales team on orders to ensure that all orders execute the approved shipping guidelines required by each customer.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with employees at all levels
  • Experience managing or supporting off price experience preferred
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • BA or BS preferred
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multitask, have a high sense of urgency and work in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years’ wholesale experience
  • Ability to work on a team and independently with limited supervision required
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Strong Excel skills
