Account Executive Iii Jobs

We are seeking an Account Executive III for Strategic Communication responsibilities. These are specific to the areas of Physician engagement to support the brand marketing objectives and strategies; this includes speaker bureau content/training communications, Webcasts, advisory boards, HCP engagement plans, and implementation of peer-to-peer tactics.

Responsibilities also include:

• Responsible for managing expenditures related to assigned projects
• General Brand, industry, competition, and target audience knowledge
• Support scheduling of meetings and interface with key HCP advisors, as well as colleagues in marketing and sales communications and promotion, in the execution of his/her duties
• Ensure projects stay on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget; set and manage Client and internal agency expectations accordingly
• Mentor junior account team members
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and be adaptable when faced with challenges
• Understand Client marketing objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Working knowledge of internal agency processes and MLR approval processes
• Work with managers to accurately assess situations and proactively make recommendations consistent with the Clients' overall marketing objectives and needs

The candidate will possess the following qualifications.

• Ability to be a self-starter and motivated
• At least 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical account service management at a full-service advertising agency, or closely related experience
• Awareness of when to ask questions and when to take-off
• Understanding of strategy and ability to connect initiatives and tactics to strategy
• Knowledge of VEEVA, medical education protocols, as well as demonstrated supervisory skills desirable
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Articulate, top level communication and organization
• Peer-to-peer Medical Communications experience is preferred

Hourly Rate Range: $55.00 per hour to $65.00 per hour
