Job Overview


Drips is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead our sales efforts with health insurance companies. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our customer base, and solidifies Drips' position as a trusted partner to the payer industry.


Duties/Responsibilities


  • Work with the product team to ensure our offerings align with the needs of the payer industry and develop custom solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our payer clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with health insurance companies and key stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for partnership.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payer industry, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base within the payer industry.


Qualifications:
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the payer industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and growth.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a track record of success in selling to health insurance companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands customer base.
