Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday -Thursday working remote on Friday

Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives.

Access to proven change agents;

Immediate financial, operational, and/or quality impacts;

Delivery of fresh, new assessments from the inside out;

Development of transition plans and assistance in setting a new direction.

Previously held a Director, Executive Director, AVP, VP, or SVP role within a hospital or health system.

Collaboration skills, with experience in working within a matrixed team environment.

5+ years successful experience in healthcare, or medical diagnostic sales– required.

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills

A detailed understanding of the complexities of healthcare delivery systems and a detailed understanding of healthcare finance/accounting and provider/payer economics.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), cultivating advocacy to drive sales and market growth.

Understand and navigate the competitive landscape of oncology testing market to develop strategies for penetrating competitive labs.

Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS management and Star Ratings.

Position can be remote from anywhere in US but requires 25% travel.

5+ years of experience with executing on strategic initiatives to drive improved HEDIS & HEDIS Stars performance.

Experienced with managing complex programs that result in quality improvement.

In partnership with important partners develop HEDIS/STARS member, market, provider, and data strategy.

Overseeing and ensuring that daily operations, including execution of both member and provider strategies that drive Stars outcomes.

Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, cultures, identities, and life-experiences.

Experience in a healthcare environment (dental or medical) for a minimum of 3 years.

Intermediate digital communication technology skills (presentation tools, online meetings, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience in peer training, or on-the-job mentoring

Experience working with a diverse student population

- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years experience required.

- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
