Job Description

Solvo is helping companies with securing their cloud infrastructure, providing them with automatically generated least-privilege security policies.


Position Overview

We seek motivated individuals eager to learn and help drive our outbound sales efforts.

As a Solvo ADR, you will identify target accounts and use inbound and outbound prospecting techniques across various communication channels to drive the pipeline for the business.

In this role, you will work closely with a senior account executive and the CEO to help Solvo achieve its business goal.

All candidates will be evaluated for internal mobility at the one year mark based on fitness for a role and previous performance.


Responsibilities

  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.
  • Conduct account development best practices for inbound and outbound leads with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with an account executive to qualify opportunities, and prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.


Required Experience/Skills:

  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing company
  • Very strong work ethic, positive attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Six months prior outbound experience
  • Prior Start-up sales experience is a huge plus
