We are looking for a QA Lead to work remotely in the United States!

Requirements

• Exposure to Utilities such as Confluence, Browser stack, Sauce labs, Postman, SQL querying.
• Experience with automation testing is Nice to have.
• Hands-on experience in Bug tracking and Test management software such as HP QC, ALM, JIRA, Test rail etc.
• Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum and Test-driven environment.
• Knowledge on Testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
• Sound knowledge on SF Business Manager
• Define, Publish and Drive UAT Test with Testers across the globe for complex multi- national projects.
• Sound in Product Workflow Testing from PLIM, PCM to Commerce Platform via Mule, AWS Integrations.
• Good Knowledge on Product Pages, Product Description, Wish List, SKU Level Validations, Size guides
• Responsible for Quality assurance Lead activities such as Analyzing Business Epics and scope, Test estimation, Schedule planning, Test management until closure.
• Experience in Trufit, Bazaar Voice or equivalent 3rd Party Integrations
• Defect management by conducting Defect triages for troubleshooting and investigating nonconformance and address the issues with accuracy with various teams until closure.
• Needs to possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge in Testing process and methodologies.
• Experience in creating Detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Test strategy and approach.
• Define, Publish and Drive Test Strategy for large projects.
• Product, Price, Inventory and Catalog feed related testing along with Sterling OMS, Adyen or relevant e-Commerce platforms and technologies.
• Exposure and understanding to Modern web standards and technology.

Nice To Have

• 9+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance for progressive web and mobile apps technology and Retail Ecommerce domain.
• QA Expert in the Salesforce commerce platform
• Experience with third party integration
