You Are

UST is looking for QA Test Lead to assess software quality through Testing and QA lead activities. The candidate must possess excellent testing skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team and lead a testing team of 5-6 members.

The Opportunity

• Pick-up Test automation works during engagement and hence should have an aptitude for automation.
• Attend offshore, onsite, and client meetings as per the requirements.
• Practice and exhibit UST’s core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity
• Preparation of test plan
• Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according to the accepted standards
• Execution of tests, Reporting of defects
• Review of software requirements
• Preparation of test reports
• Work with offshore team

What You Need

• Experience in the healthcare domain
• Planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Agile Environment
• Should have the ability to see the big picture
• Hands-on experience in Test management Tool - VSTS – AzureDevOps
• 10+ years of relevant experience including Test Lead experience of 3+ Years is a must
• Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
• Logical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in document and report writing
• Should possess attention to detail
• Basic knowledge /work experience in Test automation (Selenium) is required
• Preparing industry-standard test plans, result in execution & testing result reporting mechanism
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Should be flexible to work during overlap hours for client and offshore interactions

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.  

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

Remote: $71,000-$107,000
