Qa Automation Course Instructor

As our QA Automation Mentor/Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our students' futures. You'll play a vital role in their education by teaching them the technical and soft skills needed to succeed in the field of Quality Assurance Automation. You'll provide hands-on training in automated testing tools and technologies, as well as assist in developing their problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience doing manual QA
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes
• Experience with CI / CD using Github / Gitlab
• Java + Selenium
• Experience building QA Automation Frameworks
• Typescript + Cucumber + Cypress

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum covering QA automation principles, tools, and best practices.

Conduct interactive sessions that facilitate learning and encourage participation.

Mentor students on their projects, helping them to apply theoretical concepts in a practical manner.

Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and guide improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in QA automation to ensure course material is current.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages questions, curiosity, and discovery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven industry experience in QA Automation.

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc.

Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Passion for lifelong learning and the ability to inspire the same in students.
