Associate’s or Equivalent Education. (GED/High School Diploma with one-year transferrable program/functional experience may substitute).

Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience

This position is a Management Service Supervisory position and is not represented by a union.

A master's degree in the field of rehabilitation, education, and/or counseling is preferred, but not required.

Strong understanding of Vocational rehabilitation and the federal regulations and mandates specific to service youth and students with disabilities

Manage SkyART Art Therapy program including recruitment and onboarding consultants and participants

Along with SkyART Operations Manager, regularly review contracts, revise schedules, and attend to all other practical details associated with programs

Detailed-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and writing skills

Significant experience working with youth

Knowledge of art and art history, practicing artists strongly encouraged

Excellent demonstrated leadership and management skills, particularly with an ability to influence and motivate others

Strong organizations skills ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities;

Knowledge and experience working with young adults experiencing homeless and other at-risk youth;

Knowledge of systems impacting young adults, including benefit system, school systems, employment, health and mental health

Follow up and provide support to Case Managers on any incorrect requisitions

Proficient with Windows, Outlook, internet research, MS Office including Word and Excel. Experience with proprietary software preferred

A high level of initiative and problem solving skills in areas of responsibility.

Ability to organize and manage time efficiently.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills and find solutions to new situations on a regular basis.

Conduct research and provide recommendations for areas of responsibility in the Section for Compliance & Enforcement.

A proven track record of successfully managing and supervising a highly technical team.

5+ years’ experience in program management of life-cycle development resulting in hardware shipments.

Use and maintain company tools for task management, schedule maintenance, ERP planning - example JIRA, Confluence, IMS, ERP workflows

Manage often evolving and ambiguous customer needs and triage customer change requests as product advocate.

Manage customer and partner company communications in compliance with export control.

Demonstrated product development leadership skills with an emphasis on aero or space products.

10+ years of engineering design or development experience in a related aerospace industry

Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday)

Management or Management Consulting Experience

Operate with project management and build and socialize project roadmaps.

Experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or other similar company

MBA, or Education Graduate Degree

Evaluate learner needs and desired outcomes, propose solutions, and support the consistent development of identified areas of opportunity.

Manages and continually develops assigned volunteer committees providing leadership, cultivation, acknowledgement, material support, and assistance in building and implementing committee plans.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.

4+ years of special event fundraising experience or relevant business/volunteer experience. CFRE is a plus.

Knowledge of both special event and non-event fundraising activities (major gifts, stewardship, etc.) is a must.

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in office or remotely.

Skills in assessing concerns and advising juveniles and their families about program services and requirements.

Case Manager 4H Youth Program

Attends workshops and conferences to maintain awareness of program requirements and resources.

Considerable knowledge of community resources involving youth activities, support and services.

Skills in facilitating groups and planning and delivering programs and activities of interest to youth.

Salary Grade: 63 Hiring Range $35,431 - $37,202

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in education, social work or related field or an equivalent combination of directly related experience, training, and/or education.

Ability to meet DHS licensing requirements

Directs and supervises assigned school-based afterschool and summer youth programs to meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives.

Ensures the administration of curriculum and high quality programming to kids and families through assigned leaders at program locations

Update and maintain database and prospect management for youth programs nationwide

Prepare and set up youth program event spaces to meet contract requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Preferred: Teams Application)

Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Preferred: Premiere Pro)

Experience with social media posts and ads (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)

As Children and Youth Community Program Manager, provides program management, oversight, and monitoring contracts.

Requires prior experience equivalent to three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a health or human services organization.

Two (2) years of professional experience developing and managing program budgets in a public or private organization.

Two (2) years of professional experience supervising and managing staff in a public or private organization.

Two (2) years of professional experience planning and implementing training and technical assistance.

Two (2) years of professional experience developing and managing a major agency program.

Day-to-day management and supervision of youth programs staff including timekeeping, policies and procedures training, and annual performance reviews.

Language Skills: ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Coaching and Instructional Knowledge: Experience and understanding of how to work with children ages 5-18 in sports and wellness settings.

Safety and Risk Management (20%)

Manage youth programs revenue/expense budget in a fiscally responsible manner and achieve approved fiscal goals.

Work with the Assistant Director of Youth Programs and Budget & Finance Coordinator to accurately develop, forecast, and analyze program budgets.
