As the Program Coordinator II, you will:
  • Provide project leadership, manage deliverables, and coordinate with other faculty members.
  • Facilitate program training and evaluation design.
  • Perform analysis and reporting and prepare quarterly updates to the donor.
  • Be responsible for executing the deliverables of the Health Rocks Hybrid Positive Youth Development (PYD) project and managing project piloting and evaluation.
  • Build and engage in collaborative relationships with youth development professionals from other Land Grant Universities and partners National 4-H Council.
There is potential for travel for national presentations and professional development. Reports to the PI.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ relevant experience in program management, positive youth development or education. Ability to coordinate a complex project with multiple stakeholders and meet time sensitive deliverables, data or information management experience, web-based platform experience, strong communication and organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in program evaluation. Knowledge of the current literature regarding Positive Youth Development.

Posted Salary $45,000 minimum
