Responsible for preparing monthly report recruitment analytics utilizing advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau to translate recruiting-related performance into a compelling narrative

Create new ad hoc reports to meet prioritized requests, ensuring accurate and complete data

Create new SOP/QRG’s for Talent Acquisition Team processes and procedures

8+ years of HR, Talent Management, Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience

Bachelor's Degree required, with a preferred concentration in Business, Human Resources, Management or related field

Experience advising managers through complex employee issues & solving workforce challenges

Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, while exhibiting a flexible and innovative approach to support business goals
