Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administration of programs for our Talent Acquisition team and the systems that support these programs. The position provides functional program support and actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and programs.
Essential Job Functions:
Administers functional programs; ensures compliance with policies and practices; educates employees, managers and staff; and escalates issues as needed. Collaborates with multiple functional areas within HR and managers and employees across the organization to address policy, procedure and systems questions and issues.
Oversees the administration of existing programs including:
  • Responsible for the administration of multiple functional COE solutions including training, systems administration, marketing materials, job posting strategy management and other logistical duties that support key initiatives.
  • Create new SOP/QRG’s for Talent Acquisition Team processes and procedures
  • Responsible for preparing monthly report recruitment analytics utilizing advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau to translate recruiting-related performance into a compelling narrative
  • Create new ad hoc reports to meet prioritized requests, ensuring accurate and complete data
  • Monitors and manages job posting program & strategy, evaluates effectiveness, recommends changes, trains staff and managers, ensures program documentation is current and accessible; Accurately track campaign performance and make educated recommendation on future expenditures
  • Act as POC for Job posting platforms
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • A work style that is proactive, flexible and organized; and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Technically proficient in the Talent Acquisition discipline
  • Strong communication (verbal, written & listening) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the financial services or securities industry, a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years progressive Human Resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education towards an advanced degree and/or HR Certifications, such as PHR/CP, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (using formulas, etc) and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, and a talent for multitasking.

In addition to location, actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
California: Minimum Salary $73,000, Maximum Salary $141,900
Colorado: Minimum Salary $66,200, Maximum Salary $118,200
New York, NY: Minimum Salary $79,400, Maximum Salary $141,900
Washington: Minimum Salary $66,200, Maximum Salary $136,000

Time Off and Paid Leave*
