Overview Remote IT Support Tier 1 is a role that provides technical support to customers over the phone, email, or chat. This role is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and resolving customer inquiries. Detailed Job Description The Remote IT Support Tier 1 role is responsible for providing technical support to customers over the phone, email, or chat. This role is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and resolving customer inquiries. The Remote IT Support Tier 1 must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of IT systems and processes. Job Qualifications
