We are looking to fill an opening for an IT support technician, dedicated to our continued growth across 4 locations throughout Florida. This position will report directly to the IT manager. In this role, you will assist in managing, monitoring, and maintaining Company databases. While ensuring database security, integrity, and stability in accordance with industry standards and Company policies. This position will focus primarily on Tier 1-2 support, with occasional escalated issues.


Job Duties


  • Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems, and root causes
  • Make requested changes, updates, and modifications to database structure and data as directed
  • Support integration activities during the implementation project
  • Providing technical support to all levels of staff to ensure a smooth delivery of technology services
  • Monitor operations and implementation of new applications as directed, while assisting others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Primary focus will be on day-to-day operations, desktop support, helpdesk, and data management


Required


  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Must prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • A professional understanding of networking switches and routers
  • 1-2 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience in a working role
  • Must have experience in a professional environment in Group policy management and active directory administrative.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) required
  • Travel between the CLG locations is required
  • Previous hands-on experience in a professional environment in server and desktop networks and Windows operating systems
  • Customer service mindset and commitment a must
  • Must be able to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Must be able to carry 25lbs


Pay: $37,440 - $41,600 per year
