Coordinate facilities and ensure logistics and materials are prepared for events and meetings

May assist with drafting portions of grant proposals and project documents

7-10 years of experience as a program manager

Strong understanding of portfolio management

Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment

Working alongside data teams, data governance teams, implementing data pipelines, familiar with data lakes, experience in dealing with financial product datasets

Contribute expertise to the continuing development of the program management function to help further the needs of the business.

Serve as Program manager for two key teams engaged in development and advanced research supporting Editas long range goals.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Early clinical Trial experience required, late-stage clinical trial experience desired.

Experience with gene or cell therapy development programs is a plus.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) - REQUIRED

Experience in budget planning, forecasting and scheduling.

Experience working at a DOE national lab, especially in a scientific division.

Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges.

Project management of *** Community Programs, including Customer Connection Programs, MVP programs, MFUG and CDAC

Support Managers to drive a program or projects.

Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.

Years of Experience Required – 1-2 years. Minimum of 1 year is required.

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, and experience with tools and techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on program tracking.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Develop executive level communications to report program progress and escalate issues, key themes, and strategy to stakeholders and senior management.

Continuously evaluate program performance and implement improvements to project management processes.
